Do you have cots in the apartments? What price do they have?
We have cots in our apartments. Request it when making your reservation. This service is free.
What is the capacity and services of the studios and apartments?
The studios have 37m2 of surface to be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and a child up to 12 years old who would sleep on the sofa. The apartments are 48 m2 and are made up of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has 2 beds and an extra bed can be installed in the living room. The apartments can be occupied by a maximum of 3 adults and one child. An adult would sleep in an extra bed and the child on the sofa. The apartment can never be occupied by 4 adults. The cleaning service is daily, except kitchen, and the change of bed linen and towels every three days.
How are the kitchens equipped?
The apartments and studios have an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave and kitchen utensils.
Is there air conditioning and heating?
The apartments and studios have air conditioning and heaters.
Do you have an internet connection?
Our clients have wifi in the hall. This service is free. You will only have to request the access code at the reception.
Where can I go to buy?
The Chinasol apartments are surrounded by all kinds of services, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and cafeteria. There is a Mercadona supermarket 200 meters away
What is the time of entry to the apartments?
The time of entry on the day of arrival is from 2 pm.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed free in our apartments.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept the Visa card.
Do I have to present any documentation upon my arrival at the apartments?
We remind all our clients that it is mandatory by law to present an identity document for all the people who are going to stay in the apartments.
