About COVID-19

Nos appartements ont été traités avec un programme d'assainissement contre le COVID-19.
Nos mesures de sécurité nous obligent à prendre la température de nos hôtes et à utiliser des masques faciaux.
Nous avons pris les mesures contre le coronavirus exigées par le gouvernement espagnol et l'Institut pour la qualité touristique espagnole (ICTE).

How can I contact the apartments directly?

You have the option to do so by sending an email to reservas@chinasol.com, or by calling 958 63 33 44 or 681 310 963.

Do you have cots in the apartments? What price do they have?

We have cots available in our flats. Please request it when making your reservation. This service is free of charge.

What is the capacity and services of the studios and apartments?

The studios are 37m2 in size and can be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults and a child up to 12 years of age who would sleep on the sofa. The flats have an area of 48 m2 and consist of a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has 2 beds and an extra bed can be installed in the living room. The flats can be occupied by a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child. One adult would sleep in an extra bed and the child on the sofa. The flat can never be occupied by 4 adults. The cleaning service is daily, except for the kitchen, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

How are the kitchens equipped?

The flats and studios have an electric cooker, fridge, microwave and kitchenware.

Is there air conditioning and heating?

The apartments and studios have air conditioning with heat pump.

Do you have an internet connection?

Our clients have wifi in the hall. This service is free. You will only have to request the access code at the reception.

Where can I go to buy?

The Chinasol apartments are surrounded by all kinds of services, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and cafeteria. There is a Mercadona supermarket 200 meters away

What is the time of entry to the apartments?

The time of entry on the day of arrival is from 3 pm.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed free in our apartments.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept the Visa card.

Do I have to present any documentation upon my arrival at the apartments?

We remind all our clients that it is mandatory by law to present an identity document for all the people who are going to stay in the apartments.
